Our Program
12
In this first month, young women are invited to dig deep and start asking themselves the real question: "Who am I, beneath all the labels?" We live in a world where excuses, diagnoses, and identities others give us can shape who we think we are. But this month, we’re going to challenge that. It’s time to strip away the sticky notes of labels that may have been stuck to us by others, and even those we’ve placed on ourselves.
Through guided exercises, young women will begin to recognize the difference between who they’ve been told they are and who they truly are. This month is all about setting aside the excuses, tossing out the labels, and embracing the power they already have within. If you’re ready to step into the space where your voice matters and claim your full potential, this is where the journey begins.
Your reputation is your foundation—it’s what others see in you and what you come to rely on. In this month, we’ll focus on how to build habits that make you disciplined, reliable, and respected. You’ll learn how small, daily actions shape the way others see you, and more importantly, how you see yourself. By reflecting on who you want to be and making intentional changes, you’ll begin to craft a reputation that opens doors and sets you apart.
Through engaging exercises and practical strategies, you’ll start to develop the habits that create lasting credibility. By the end of this month, you’ll have a clear plan for becoming the young woman others trust, admire, and follow.
Emergencies happen when you least expect them, but the young women in this course will be ready. Whether it's facing natural disasters, personal safety threats, or sudden health crises, this month will equip you with the confidence and skills to act swiftly and calmly.
Through real-life examples and hands-on techniques, you'll learn how to create emergency plans, build essential kits, and even master basic self-defense and first aid.By the end of this month, you’ll not only know how to protect yourself but also how to be the leader others can rely on when it counts the most.
Your voice is one of the most powerful tools you have, and this month, you’ll learn how to use it confidently and without apology. We’ll dive into what it means to speak up with clarity, sharing your thoughts, values, and beliefs in a way that reflects your true self. Whether it’s standing up in front of a crowd or speaking one-on-one, you’ll overcome the fear and self-doubt that hold so many back.
Through interactive exercises and real-life practice, you’ll discover the strength of your authentic voice and how to use it boldly in any setting. By the end of this month, you’ll have the courage and skills to express yourself clearly, no matter the audience.
Discover how thinking outside the box can open doors to new possibilities. "Get Creative" challenges you to step out of your comfort zone by taking something as simple as a paperclip and trading it for something bigger and better. With each trade, you’ll build confidence, improve your communication skills, and learn how to see value where others might not.
This fun, interactive experience teaches you how to leverage your creativity and leadership, proving that small steps can lead to big rewards. By the end of this challenge, you’ll have tapped into your resourcefulness and learned how to use it to achieve your goals.
Break through barriers that have held you back. Imagine stepping into a fearless, confident version of yourself that takes on challenges with boldness and resilience. By creating and embodying this alter ego, you’ll learn how to face difficult situations with a fresh mindset and tap into strengths you didn’t even know you had.
We’ll dive into how successful people use alter egos to overcome fear and stay focused on their goals. Through creative exercises and role-playing, you’ll design your own alter ego, empowering you to achieve your biggest ambitions and become the leader you’re meant to be.
In this month, young women will learn the practical skills needed for adulthood, building confidence and independence along the way. From managing everyday tasks to navigating professional environments, "The Art of Being a Woman" is designed to prepare you for the challenges ahead. Whether it’s learning how to change a tire, balance a budget, or cook a meal, you’ll develop the skills necessary to handle real-world situations with poise.
By the end of this month, you’ll not only gain practical knowledge, but also the self-sufficiency and leadership to confidently step into adulthood. It’s all about mastering the essentials to live a life of capability and confidence as you grow into the woman you are meant to be.
This month, you’ll develop the resilience to face challenges head-on, embrace discomfort, and build the confidence to overcome adversity. "Hone Your Inner Strength" will guide you through self-reflection, mindset training, and practical exercises designed to help you stay grounded and persevere in tough situations.
Through volunteering, you’ll learn the power of service and how stepping outside your comfort zone can build both mental and emotional strength. With additional focus on tracking your physical well-being, you’ll discover how fueling your body properly strengthens your ability to thrive in all areas of life. Prepare to unlock your inner power and build the resilience needed to conquer any challenge that comes your way.
Discover the ancient wisdom of Stoic philosophy to build mental resilience and inner strength. "The Stoic Mind" will teach you how to navigate life’s challenges with calmness, focus, and unwavering purpose. You’ll learn to embrace discomfort, control your reactions, and focus only on what you can control.
Through practical techniques like journaling, mindfulness, and reflection, you’ll develop a mindset that remains steady, no matter the storm. By studying the insights of great Stoic thinkers, you’ll gain the tools to face adversity with courage and live each day with clarity and intent.
This is the moment to push harder than ever before. You've come a long way, but now it’s time to kick things into high gear. With only a few months left in the program, your challenge is to revisit areas you might have glossed over and finish strong. Whether it’s completing a task you left behind or starting fresh with renewed energy, now is the time to get after it and give it your all.
You'll also be taking on the 90-day challenge to build consistency, strength, and confidence. This isn't just about physical toughness—it’s about mental resilience and showing up for yourself every day. Together, we’ll finish strong, and you’ll be amazed at what you’re capable of when you commit fully.
The path to true freedom starts with discipline. In this course, you’ll learn that the structure and consistency you apply to your life are what ultimately give you control over it. By mastering self-discipline—whether it’s in time management, goal-setting, or simply showing up every day—you open doors to unlimited opportunities.
Through practical exercises, mindset shifts, and daily routines, you’ll see how the power of discipline builds confidence, fuels growth, and creates the freedom to live life on your terms. This is where lasting success begins—by committing to the process and finishing strong.
The end is in sight, and now it’s time to strategize your game plan to finish with excellence. These final months are designed for you to revisit past tasks and challenges, giving them your best effort and attention. This isn’t the time to coast; it’s the time to rise. Look at the areas where you can improve, and plan your path to success.
With the upcoming 90-day challenge, you’ll develop a game plan that focuses on consistency and discipline. By sticking to the process, you’ll build the habits and mindset needed to achieve long-term success. Strategize, execute, and finish strong—you’ve come this far, and the best is yet to come.
